OFFICIAL RULES

1. Participants must be at least 18 years or older to participate.
2. Accounts must be in good standing (deposit accounts must have a positive balance and all loans must be current).
3. All Summit Credit Union (SCU) members and non-members are eligible to participate in the monthly drawings.
4. No purchase necessary.
5. Every month a name will be randomly selected by SCU and will be awarded, up to $250.00, the amount paid in bills via Online Branch Bill Payer for the previous month. The odds your name being drawn depends on the total number of eligible entries received. Winning name will be drawn by the 10th of every month based on the entries received for the prior month. The first monthly drawing will be held in March 2010 and will be ongoing. Drawing is subject to termination at any time at the sole discretion of SCU. Prize is non-transferable. If winning name did not pay any bills the prior month, another name will be drawn for the prize.
6. Maximum one win per year.
7. Monthly winners will be contacted by email within 3 business days of drawing.
8. By accepting a prize, the winner consents to the use of their name and likeness for publicity purposes without further compensation. All entrants agree to release and hold SCU harmless.
9. If applicable, winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes.
10. Employees and volunteers of SCU, and their immediate families, are not eligible for prize awards. Immediate family includes spouse, parents, children, stepparents, and stepchildren.
